1. Introduction
MSOM Moradabad – first digital marketing school in Moradabad is committed to providing a high-quality digital learning experience. This policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for students enrolled in digital courses.
2. Enrollment & Admission
- Students must complete the admission process online or offline and provide the necessary documents.
- Enrollment is subject to verification and approval by the admissions team.
3. Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain professional behavior during online and offline interactions.
- Any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate conduct will result in disciplinary action.
- Respect for instructors, peers, and staff is mandatory.
4. Attendance & Participation
- Regular attendance in online/live sessions is required.
- Assignments and assessments must be submitted before deadlines. (No Certification)
- Students are allowed a maximum of 3 leaves a month, which are acceptable only in emergency cases if the student informs the department in advance. If a student takes more than 3 days off, a penalty of Rs – 1500 per additional day will be applicable.
- Failure to meet attendance and participation requirements may result in course suspension. (Suspension)
5. Academic Integrity
- Plagiarism and cheating are strictly prohibited.
- Students must complete coursework independently unless collaboration is permitted.
- Any violation of academic integrity will lead to disciplinary action.
6. Technology & Digital Resources
- Students must have access to a stable internet connection and a functional device.
- MSOM’s digital resources, including LMS, recorded lectures, and study material, should not be shared outside the institution.
- Unauthorized distribution of course content is strictly prohibited.
7. Communication & Support
- Students should use official MSOM communication channels for queries and support.
- Any technical issues must be reported to the support team immediately.
- Regular feedback is encouraged to improve the learning experience.
8. Fee Payment & Refunds
- Fees must be paid as per the payment schedule.
- No refunds for demo participants : Students who have attended a demo session and received complete course details will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be provided after enrollment if more than four classes and one module have been completed.
- Late fee payments may attract penalties.
9. Certification & Completion
- Students must meet all academic and attendance requirements to receive certification.
- Certificates will be issued digitally unless otherwise specified.
10. Amendments & Compliance
- MSOM reserves the right to update this policy as needed.
- Students must comply with the latest policies and updates communicated by the institution.
